    Yes, they found water in Kalumbuyan but it's NOT sufficient to supply the entire village. The water pump in Kalumbuyan is only supplying one third or less of the total population of Busay Heights. Sometimes it cause conflict among supplied residences because the water is distributed on a ration basis. Majority of the families in Busay Heights are dependent on government water delivery trucks which frequently break down due to poor maintenance and they pay very much more than the people in the city with running water from the Cebu Water District. We hope that the city government would be able to solve the water problem at Busay Heights which has been in existence for more than 20 years ago.

    I once tried the low budget rooms they had. Moved out after one day. Lots of other hotels offer the same quality with more laidback profile.

    I just wish the surrounding companies in the neighbouring building would see the benefits of investing just a small amount in upgrading/renovating the circle area some. Add some asphalt on top of the concreted road would make it more inviteable for those with roller skates. Make it the wifi-hot spot of midtown Cebu also. Some beautiful flowers would sure do good, but of course people would just steal them straight away.
