Co- teacher of Mrs. Estrella a long distance relative of mine from Moreno-Laurel Family of Tuburan Cebu..... Mrs. Eva Matty Tancinco, my adviser in Gr 4-Banaba. She's my favorite teacher,who teaches Civics and English. I don't like Civics and Culture subject but because of her I push myself to study more cause I don't want her to be disappointed. Well, the good thing about studying Civics and Culture it made my English well done. In Civics and Culture subject we read a lot that's why it enhanced my reading skills, broadening my vocabulary and you got familiarize the used of sentences. Ma'am Tancinco have a strong personality, kind, understanding, hard-working and very intelligent. She protects her students from bully teachers too. She's very creative and a woman of principle.

    I don't agree with you! it did not decrease the parking spaces but rather increased the number of parking spaces because this "Northwing" includes three levels of parking area; the 3rd level, 4th level, 5th level parking areas. If you have a car and can shell out 20 bucks then try it.
