Was so named in honor of Eustaquio Gabuya who resided there with his wife Arcadia Cabreros, They have been survived with their children and grandchildren, linked to the Gabuya Clan and the Cabreros clan. Was formerly named Sitio Caimito as there was an abundance of Caimito trees in the area, of which most of which have been cut down to make way for residential houses and a school (USJR) (2010430 Jing Gabuya)

This is just a big, outdoors area with stage and fountains, surrounded by a loop of restaurants. Most are more expensive (by local standards), and prices generally are around P300 per person in the cheaper places, but of course the sky's the limit on that. This place is new, clean, and upscale - I never worry about food quality here.
