Well,I owned Internet cafe,in cebu city..obviously,my carrier is the Damn..BAYANTEL,We encountered the problem for few days,Since last saturday,We tried to call for complaints..Unfortunately,there was no Customer service during weekends..So,today,I made a phone call for the second time for complaints..I've spoke one of the Customer service person,to complaints about their sucks service..she was given me a hard time..It's really fucki'n rediculous..unfortunately,she's shetting me!!I think these people who's working at the Customer service??they thought...they are fucki'n professional..I'm telling you dude...they're not!!they are so damn,stupid,idiot,and fucki'n slow learner!!Oh!!please...don't call this customer service..you can called this, a very,very,very,poor Customer service!! For the manager..get you shit together..don't after your damn cheqs only!!because..you are not successful yet of your damn profession!!
