Side Pocket Billiard Hall is the oldest recreation center here in Talamban Cebu. It has been in its operation since 1985. Until now, people from all walks of life and mostly students from USC spend their leisure time here. Many have graduated from USC and still they visit this place because they have such good memories back then. So if you want to spend time and have fun with your friends, co-workers, family, you can try and visit this place right in front of USC-TC.
