    yes, david were right. I don't know why our philippine government really didn't solve that problem. Maybe it is because the politicians here really love money, not the people. They may have a rank or position in the government and finish their profession but they did not use it to help us (the people here in philippines), instead of helping the us. I hope this problem will be solve so that the future of the philippine government will be good or will be improve and won't have any people who love to corrupt the money of our people. I hope there will be a model (FILIPINO) for the change.
